Refund policy

Custom cake cancellations

  • 5 days or more before the pickup or delivery date: full refund.
  • Less than 5 days but at least 24 hours before: store credit only.
  • Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: no refund and no store credit.

To cancel or change an order, contact us as early as possible at imelcoconut@gmail.com, 03 9569 2118 or WhatsApp 0493 049 558 with your order number.

Ready-made desserts (daily desserts, cheesecake slices, mooncakes and similar) cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

Quality issues: if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.
